منشورات UNODC _ هى المرجع الأساس للإحصاءات الواردة فى كتاب حرب الأفيون الثالثة

تعتبر منشورات مكتب الأمم المتحدة للمخدرات والجريمة المنظمة UNODC ) ) والتقارير الواردة فيها هى المرجع الأساس للإحصاءات الواردة فى كتاب (حرب الأفيون الثالثة) . ومنشورات ذلك المكتب متاحة بدون حرج لجميع مواطنى العالم، عملا بمبدأ حرية الوصول إلى المعلومات خاصة وأنها معلومات دولية. ولكن يبدو أن ذلك وهم آخر من أوهام كثيرة فى هذا العالم.

فقد إشتكى كثيرون من عقبات تعترض وصولهم إلى تلك المنشورات الدولية رغم أنها موجودة لدى المصدر بعدة لغات عالمية منها العربية. ولكن عقبات الوصول إلى تلك المعلومات تعترض الجميع خاصة العرب الذين يتعرضون للمضايقة وإنتهاك الخصوصية وما يشبه التحرشات الأمنية والتخويف.

وعملا بحرية تداول المعلومات، فإننا نقدم لكل من طلب منا تلك المراجع الدولية هذه الكمية آملين فى تقديم المزيد فى فرصة قادمة.
