"القاعدة" تدعو طالبان لخطف مدنيين أجانب في أفغانستان

سيدني - "القدس"، رويترز - أفادت وسائل إعلام أسترالية بأن مسؤولا بارزا في تنظيم "القاعدة" دعا حركة "طالبان" الافغانية لشن حملة من عمليات خطف مدنيين أجانب في أفغانستان للضغط على القوات التي تقودها الولايات المتحدة هناك للتفاوض بشأن تبادل سجناء.
وقالت لياه فارال المحللة السابقة والخبيرة في مكافحة الارهاب لصحيفة "أستراليان" اليوم الاربعاء إن مستشار تنظيم "القاعدة" مصطفى حامد المعروف، أيضا باسم أبو وليد المصري، هو الذي وجه هذه الدعوةوانها جاءت ردا على عمليات الاحتجاز التي تقوم بها الولايات المتحدة في معتقل خليج غوانتانامو.
وأضافت فارال التي عملت لدى الشرطة الاسترالية الاتحادية إنها "عثرت على وثيقة تابعة لـ"القاعدة" على شبكة الانترنت مكتوبة في أواخر تموز (يوليو) الماضي بينما كانت تستكمل رسالة دكتوراه عن "القاعدة" في جامعة موناش بأستراليا.
وتقول الوثيقة وهي بعنوان "الجندي الايركي في أفغانستان-أولى خطوات الافراج عن كل سجناء الحرب على الارهاب" إن أسر جندي أميركي في وقت سابق من العام الحالي يجب أن يكون خطوة أولى في حملة لخطف مدنيين غربيين للتفاوض بشأن الافراج عن سجناء طالبان والقاعدة.
وقالت فارال في الصحيفة الاسترالية ان مستشار القاعدة "وجه مقاله إلى قيادة طالبان، وقال المصري إن الوقت قد حان بالنسبة لهم للبدء في استهداف مدنيين أجانب الى جانب العسكريين".
وأضافت: "اقترح ان يغيروا هم أيضا قواعد اللعب كما فعلت أميركا. وأخبرهم بأنه من الجائز الان خطف مدنيين أجانب من الشارع. ونصحهم بأن استخدام هذه الاستراتيجية قد يسفر عن تحرير كل السجناء الذين تحتجزهم أميركا في حربها على الارهاب".

ومضت قائلة ان "المصري قال إن احتجاز الولايات المتحدة وتعذيبها لمسلمين وكذلك فشلها في التفريق بين المدنيين والعسكريين يبرر استخدام تلك الاستراتيجية الجديدة. وقال إن طالبان يجب أن تفعل كما يفعل عدوها".
وقال السفير الاسترالي لمكافحة الارهاب بيل باترسون إنه "على الرغم من استخدام حملات الخطف من قبل مقاتلي القاعدة في شمال افريقيا ومتمردي جماعة أبو سياف في الفلبين، فإنه ليس من الواضح ما إذا كانت طالبان ستتبنى هذه الطريقة".

واضاف: "تتعلم "طالبان" من القاعدة وربما يكون العكس صحيحا. لكن "طالبان" حركة تنتمي لشعبها وهناك بعض الادلة على أن البعض في "طالبان" يرى أن مقاتلي القاعدة الموجودين في ريف أفغانستان وباكستان دخلاء وأجانب".

وذكرت فارال "إن أبو وليد المصري محتجز في إيران منذ العام 2003 لكنه لا يزال شخصية لها نفوذ في التنظيم كما أن له صلات بأتباعه عبر المواقع "الجهادية" على شبكة الانترنت".

وبعد ستة أسابيع من صدور هذه النصيحة خطف ستيفن فاريل الصحفي في نيويورك تايمز وزميله الافغاني في أفغانستان.
وأضافت: "يوحي هذا بوجود عواقب مرأية الان لهذه الاستراتيجية على الارض في أفغانستان. سيكون هناك المزيد من عمليات الخطف إذا اتبعت طالبان الاستراتيجية بشكل كامل."

وأطلق سراح فاريل الصحفي البريطاني لكن زميله الافغاني قتل في عملية إنقاذ في أوائل أيلول (سبتمبر).
وقالت فارال: "إن الوثيقة هي أول موافقة معلنة تصدر عن شخصية بارزة من المقاتلين تدعو لحملة خطف منظمة وطويلة الامد تستهدف مدنيين وعسكريين في رد مباشر على سياسة الاحتجاز الاميركية في الحرب التي تشنها الولايات المتحدة على الارهاب".
