إنهم يقتلون جنود الناتو .. أليس كذلك؟؟

ليس المقصود هنا المجاهدين الأفغان وأنهم يقتلون جنود الإحتلال، فذلك هو واجبهم الذى يقومون به على أكمل وجه. ولكن المقصود هنا هم الأمريكيين لا غيرهم.. وهنا وجه الغرابه.

 مرات عديدة شاع أمرها، ومرات أكثر ما زالت بعيدة عن الأسماع أرسل جنرالات الجيش الأمريكى طائراتهم لتقتل ليس المدنيين الأفغان، أو المجاهدين من حركة طالبان، ولكن لتقتل الجنود الأمريكيين ومعهم جنود حلف شمال الأطلنطى. وهنا تكمن الغرابه وتنطلق الفضيحة.

بداية القصة

فى ليل الجمعة التاسع عشر من أكتوبر من عام الغزو الأمريكى لأفغانستان فى 2001 أبلغ مقاتلو طالبان عن سقوط طائرتى هيلوكبتر على أطراف قندهار على إثر إصابتهما بنيران طالبان أثناء محاولة أمريكية فاشلة للإغارة بقوات الكوماندوز على مقر الإمارة.

كانت الغارت الجوية متواصلة فتأجل البحث فى موضوع الطائرتين حتى الصباح.

 ومع الشروق تحركت مجموعات بحث عن حطام الطائرات وذهب معهم الصحفى الأفغانى الشاب حافظ حمد الله (والذى إستشهد فى وقت لاحق بفعل غارة جوية أمريكية) وكان وقتها يعمل مراسلا لقناة الجزيرة ـ تلك الفضائية المنكوبة فى مراسليها ـ وكان ينوى تغطية خبر الطائرتين وتصوير حطامهما. وبعد أن قضت فرق البحث وقتا فى التفتيش وسؤال سكان المنطقة عادت وهى تحمل قطع صغيرة من الألمنيوم ومواد أخرى .. وهذا كل شئ.

كان التفسير الذى إستقر عليه رأى المسئولين وقتها أنه بعد سقوط الطائرتين شدد الأمريكيون غاراتهم بقوة كبيرة على قندهار وحول مكان سقوط الطائرات. تحت ستار ذلك القصف أنزلوا طائرات هيلوكبتر ضخمة حملت الحطام وما بة من جثث الجنود.

 ولكن الأحدث فى السنوات التالية أثبتت ما لم يكن متصورا أو يخطر على بال أحد.

لقد إكتشف المجاهدون أنه عند سقوط  طائرة أمريكية فى مناطق يسيطرون عليها تأتى طائرات أخرى قاذفة وتقصفها بالقنابل الثقيلة مرات متعددة، حتى لايبقى أى أثر، لا للطائرة ولا لطاقمها ولا من كان فيها من جنود.

وكان ذلك هو ما حدث فى تلك الليلة فى قندهار لأنه كان تطبيقا لسياسة مقررة سلفا منذ بداية الحرب. ولكن تلك السياسة لم تتضح للمجاهدين إلا بعد وقت طويل نسبيا كونه عمل غير متصور من جيش بلد يدعى الحفاظ على أرواح مواطنية وجنودة الجرحى وحتى جثث القتلى. إضافة إلى كونه عمل فظيع وغير أخلاقى لم يمارسه حتى السوفييت فى حربهم على أفغانستان التى سقط لهم فيها أسرى، من طيارين وضباط وجنود.

 ولم يتخيل أحد أن يكون الأمريكيون أقل حرصا على جنودهم من السوفييت. بل أنهم أسوأ من ذلك بكثير .. إذ يقتلون الجنود المحاصرين الأصحاء منهم والجرحى حتى لايقعوا فى الأسر!!.

أبلغ المجاهدون الإعلام الدولى بعدد من تلك الوقائع، ولكن أحدا لم يهتم لأن الجميع تحت الرقابة العسكرية للجيش الأمريكى، فلا يجرؤ أحدهم على الكلام إلا بإذن المحتل ووفقا لمعلومات تقدمها لهم السلطات العسكرية الأمريكية. هذا وإلا فإن النتيجة معروفة وتتراوح مابين المنع من ممارسة العمل إلى السجن إلى القتل الخطأ فى حادث مؤسف.

      ولكن يبدو أن المجاهدين ما زالوا فى خصومة مع العمل الإعلامى، ولم يدركوا خطورة الصورة وتأثيرها. وأن الكاميرا مع الوحدات الجهادية لا تقل تأثيرا عن راجمة الصواريخ.

فالإعلام أصبح سلاحا حقيقيا فى المعارك ولم يعد مجرد مجهود تكميلى أو تجميلى.

 ومن حيث القدرة على التأثير السريع والمباشر تأتى الصورة قبل الكلمة المنطوقة أو المكتوبة. ولعلهم يتداركون الأمر سريعا لسد هذا النقص الكبير فى عملهم الجهادى الذى تتكامل فيه الكاميرا مع البندقية.

إنهم يقتلون جنودهم المحاصرين !!

قيام الطيران الأمريكى بقصف طائراته التى تسقط فى مناطق المجاهدين أصبحت قاعدة معروفة لدى الناس. ومعروف ما هو أسوأ من ذلك ، وهو قصف الطيران الأمريكى لجنوده وجنود حلف الناتو الذين يقعون فى الحصار. وقد تكرر ذلك فى مناطق عديدة خاصة فى المناطق التى ينشط فيها جنود مشاة العدو فى مداهمة القرى كما ما يحدث فى هلمند وقندهار وغيرهما.

القائد العسكرى لولاية أرزجان الشيخ " روح الأمين روحانى" فى حوارة مع مجلة "الصمود" ـ العدد 39 ـ كشف واقعة غاية الأهمية فى هذا الصدد. سوف نستعرضها بإيجاز بغرض إيضاح الفكرة.

 وقع الحادث فى ولاية هلمند فى منطقة مزدوركى من مديرية كشاكى.

 تقدمت قوة من (إيساف) يقدر عددها ما بين 60 إلى 70 جندى لتفتيش قرية  وكان يساندهم قوة من الدبابات والمدرعات. وقفت الآليات خارج القرية بينما تقدم الجنود صوب البيوت، وفجأة وجدوا أنفسهم وسط  نيران كثيفة من المجاهدين الكامنين فى مواقع بالقرية . بادلتهم القوة النيران ثم إنسحب الجنود على عجل صوب قلعة قديمة ( قلعة فى قرى أفغانستان تعنى بيتا كبيرا محاطا بسور واسع مبنى من الطين).

حاصر المجاهدون القلعة واشتبكوا بالنيران مع الجنود. ولكن المدرعات بدلا من أن تتدخل فى المعركة لإنقاذ جنود المشاة ولت الأدبار تاركة المشاة يلاقون مصيرهم المحتوم.

إستمر تبادل النيران وأوشكت ذخائر الجنود على النفاذ وتهيأ المجاهدون لأخذهم أسرى وغنيمة أسلحتهم. وفجأة وصل الطيران لكى يقصف القلعة التى يحتمى بها الجنود.

 وبعد موجات القصف لم يتبق فى القلعة حجرا فوق حجر، ولم يتبق من الجنود غير قطع صغيرة من اللحم المحترق، ومن الأسلحة غير قطع صغيرة من الحديد.

وهكذا حمى الجيش الأمريكى جنوده وجنود حلفائه من الوقوع فى الأسر!!.

وأخفى الأمريكيون القصة كلها عن الأسماع والأبصار وكأن شيئا لم يكن. وعندما أبلغ المجاهدون الحادث للإعلام "الدولى" إلتزم هو الآخر بالصمت. فتجربة الإعلاميين مع أمريكا وجيشها تقول بأن ( صحفى صامت خير من ألف صحفى قتيل).

فى ذروة جنون إدارة بوش حذرت بعض الأصوات داخل الولايات المتحدة عواقب المعاملة الوحشية التى يلقاها المعتقلون المسلمون فى المعتقلات والسجون السرية والعلنية التى أقامتها  حكومة بلادهم فى إطار المهزلة المسماة بالحرب على الإرهاب. فقالوا أن الحرب الدائرة على أراضى المسلمين لابد وأن يسقط فيها جنود أمريكيون أسرى فى يد المسلمين وأنهم قد يتعرضون للإنتقام على سبيل المعاملة بالمثل.

لأجل ذلك حرص الجيش الأمريكى منذ البداية على أن لا يترك أيا من جنوده أو جنود حلفائه الأوربيين يسقط أسيرا فى يد المجاهدين، ولو أدى ذلك إلى قتلهم ومحوأجسادهم بقنابل طائرات ثقيلة وحارقة.

فوجود أسرى فى يد المسلمين سيعرض الإدارة الأمريكية إلى ضغوط شعبية وحرج دولى كبير. فهى لم تعترف لأسرى المسلمين بوضعية أسرى الحرب بل إخترعت لهم توصيفا مبتكرا هو (أعداء مقاتلين) حتى لاتطبق عليهم القوانين الدولية الخاصة بأسرى الحرب والتى تعطيهم بعض الحقوق شبه الآدمية. فلا يمكنها إذن أن تطالب لأسراها لدى المسلمين بمثل تلك الحقوق التى تقرها إتفاقية جنيف. بل إنها قد لاتتمكن من المطالبة بإستعادة هؤلاء الأسرى، طالما أنها تعتبر الطرف المحارب لها مجرد تجمع إرهابى وليس حركة تحرير ومقاومة مشروعة ضد إحتلال معتدى، وهوما تكفله الشرائع الدينية والوضعية.

ليس من الوارد أبدا أن يقوم المجاهدون بتعذيب أسراهم. ويشهد بذلك المدنى الفرنسى الذى أسره المجاهدين لفترة ثم أطلقوا سراحة مؤخرا، وأقر بأنه عومل معامله حسنة ولكن ظروف الحياة كانت صعبة. وذلك أمر طبيعى بملاحظة فارق الرفاهية بين الحياة الفرنسية والحياة الأفغانية خاصة حياة المجاهدين. ومع ملا حظة أن القوات الفرنسية فى أفغانستان مع غيرها من قوات (إيساف) تقتل المدنيين وتختطفهم وتعذبهم، ومع ذلك لم يعتمد المجاهدون حتى الآن مبدأ المعاملة بالمثل فى مجال خطف المدنيين وإعتبارهم أسرى حرب كما تفعل أمريكا وحلفاؤها الآن. ولم يعتمدوا التعذيب حتى فى حربهم مع الجيش الأحمر السوفييتى رغم ما إرتكبه ذلك الجيش من أعمال وحشية لاتقل بحال عما يقوم به الآن الجيش الأمريكى وحلفاؤه فى الناتو. وقد وقع الكثير من الجنود والضباط السوفييت فى الأسر ومنهم طيارون (طيار واحد على الأقل أسر فى جبال  تورا بورا قرب جلال آباد وقتل مساعده عام 1983).

لاقى الأسرى السوفييت معاملة طيبة من المجاهدين على قدر ما سمحت به ظروفهم القاسية. حتى أن بعض هؤلاء الأسرى إعتنق الإسلام متاثرا بكرم المجاهدين وحسن معاملتهم للأسرى.

ولعل ذلك آخر ماترغب فيه الإدارة الإمريكية وحكومات أوروبا، أن ترى جنودها وقد عادوا من أفغانستان وقد أطلقوا لحاهم وأرتدوا العمائم البيضاء. فيقال أن بعض الجنود الأمريكيين العاملين فى حراسة المسلمين فى معتقل جوانتانامو قد تأثروا بسماحة الأسرى وروحهم المعنوية العالية وممارساتهم المنظمة والخاشعة لفرائض دينهم، فاعتنق هؤلاء الجنود الإسلام.

مشكلة الإدارة الأمريكية أن ليس هناك طائرات كى تقصف بها هؤلاء الجنود المسلمين ثم تدعى أنهم قتلوا فداء للواجب والوطن كما تفعل مع جنودها المقاتلين الذين تقتلهم غيلة فى أفغانستان. ولكن من حسن حظ تلك الإدارة أن الحياة المدنية فى الولايات المتحدة يموت فيها أناس كثيرون بفعل أسباب مجهولة أو أحداث مؤسفة.

 ـــ   حرص الجيش الأمريكى على قتل جنوده وجنود حلفائه إذا أصبح أسرهم محتملا.

وذلك حتى لا يصبح هؤلاء الأسرى ورقة تمكن حركة طالبان من مفاوضة الأمريكيين من موقع قوة، فتفرض شروطها سواء فى مسألة تبادل الأسرى وجعله تبادلا شاملا يشمل كل الأسرى من ضحايا العدوان البشع على المسلمين والذى أسموه " الحرب على الإرهاب" .

أو فى مسألة ترتيبات الإنسحاب الأمريكى وعودة أفغانستان إمارة إسلامية كما كانت قبل العدوان الأمريكى عليها.

الأسير قبل الغنيمة

إذن لابد أن تعطى الإمارة توجيهاتها إلى المجاهدين حتى يبذلوا جهدا أكبر لمسألة الحصول على الأسرى العسكريين ( وحتى جثثهم تدفن فى مواقع سرية حتى يتم التفاوض بشأنها مثل الأسرى تماما). فيجب إعطاء مسألة الحصول على الجندى الأسير أهمية أكبر من مسألة الحصول على الغنائم من الأسلحة. هذا إذا كان الجمع بين المسألتين غير ممكن.

ـــ    ظهر من حديث القائد "روح الأمين" مع مجلة الصمود والذى أشرنا إليه آنفا، كيف يفكر الطرفان المتحاربان، طالبان وقوات الإحتلال، بالنسبة لموضوعى الغنائم والأسرى.

فبينما يركز المجاهدون على تحصيل الغنائم من أسلحة وعتاد ومعدات، وذلك شئ هام جدا بطبيعة الحال فالمجاهدون يجعلون من العدو مصدرهم الأساسى للتسليح والتموين بالذخائر والطعام، فيجعلون ذلك مقدما على أسر جنود العدو.

فى المقابل نجد العدو يعطى أولوية مطلقة لإنقاذ جنوده من الأسر حتى لو ضحى فى سبيل ذلك

بالمعدات والأسلحة، لأنه إذا فشل فى إنقاذ جنوده فسوف يضطر إلى إرسال طائراته لقتلهم وذلك يكلفه أموالا أكثر.أو يضطره إلى دفع أثمانا سياسية باهظة جدا فى المستقبل.

…  وبإيجاز سوف نسوق ذلك الحادث الذى وقع فى وقت قريب نسبيا.

فى منطقة "ساوة قلعة" فى ولاية "هلمند" تحركت قوة من جنود الإحتلال، ترافقها قوة محلية، مدعومين بحوالى 32 آلية ما بين مدرعة ودبابة وشاحنة. وكان الهدف مهاجمة قرية يتواجد بها خمسون مجاهدا. سمع المجاهدون بخبر القوة ورتبوا خطة الدفاع. فتولى الأهالى مسئولية إغلاق ثلاث طرق تؤدى إلى القرية لمنع القوة من إستخدامها. بينما تولى المجاهدون نصب كمين للقوة من خارج نطاق القرية .

كانت الخطة فعالة وأحدثت تأثيرها الكبير فى المهاجمين الذين تشتت شملهم وفروا عدوا صوب التلال والجبال فى المنطقة، وتخلوا عن كامل معداتهم ماعدا ثلاث شاحنات تمكنت من الفرار والعودة من حيث أتت، تاركين 28 آلية مابين دبابة ومدرعة وشاحنة واقفة على أرض المعركة. وكان من ضمن ما تركوه أربعة مدافع هاون مع كل منها 300 قذيفة.

     عند هذه النقطة نصل إلى موضع الشاهد فى هذه الواقعة :

أولا ــ  لم يلاحق المجاهدون الجنود الهاربين فى فوضى وإضطراب، بهدف قتلهم وأسرهم. بل إنشغلوا مع الأهالى فى تجميع الغنائم  والأسلحة وإخفائها قبل أن يعود العدو لأخذها أو قصفها من الجو.

ثانيا ــ  أرسل العدو ثلاثين طائرة هيلوكبتر.. وبدلا من أن يهاجم المجاهدين والأهالى المتجمعين فى ساحة المعركة حول الغنائم، نراه  يتوجه صوب التلال والجبال لتجميع جنوده المشتتين والمصابين.

مرة أخرى نقول بأن المجاهدين فى حاجة إلى توجيه من قيادتهم السياسية لإعطاء مسألة الحصول على الأسرى أهمية تسبق أهمية الحصول على غنائم من الأسلحة والمعدات.

 فكما ذكرنا فإن الأسرى أكثر فائدة على المدى الطويل. كما أن جنود العدو الأجنبى لايمشون على الأرض كثيرا فهم متجمدون خلف قواعد حصينة يصعب إقتحامها. أما الأسلحة فإن المجاهدين يمكنهم إنتزاعها فى أى وقت يشاؤون إن لم يكن من الجنود فى المعارك المباشرة فمن القوافل العسكرية التى يدمرونها على الطرقات.

The point here is not that the Afghan Mujahideen are killing the occupation soldiers for it is their duty which they are doing in its best, but what is meant here is the Americans who are killing and not the others.. and that what is strange in the story.

The Americans military air crafts kill not the afghan civilians or the mojahedeen from Taliban movement only, but they also kill the Americans and the NATO soldiers. 
 Herein lies the strange story.

 Beginning of the story

Friday night, 19 of October 2001, the year of the American invasion on Afghanistan,  Taliban fighters reported the fall of two helicopters on the outskirts of Kandahar by Taliban gun fire during an unsuccessful U.S special forces attempt to raid on the Molla omar’s headquarter.

The air raids were continuous, so the search for the two helicopters was delayed until morning.

By the sunrise a search group has moved in search of the wreckage of the helicopters, accompanied by a young Afghan journalist Hafez Hamedollah (who was martyred in a later time by an American air strike) and was then working as a reporter for Al-Jazeera TV, the ill-fated news channel with its correspondents and who intended to cover the news of the aircraft, taking photos of the wreckage and after the research team have spent time in inspection and questioning the region’s locals, returned carrying small pieces of aluminum and other materials .. and this was everything that was found.

The explanation that settled in it the opinions of the Taliban officials in that time was that after the fall of the planes, the Americans increased their air raids with greater force on Kandahar and around the place where the aircrafts have fallen, under the cover of that bombing they lowered huge helicopters that carried the wreckage and the dead bodies of the soldiers.
  But later events in the following years proved what could not be imagined or come in any one’s mind. It was discovered that when aircraft falls on the areas were Mujahideen control, aircrafts comes and bombards the area heavily for several times until no trace is left for the wrecked aircraft, its crew or the soldiers in it.
And what happened in Kandahar that night was pursuant of pre-established policy since the beginning of the war on Afghanistan.

But that policy was not clear to the mojahideen and only after a relatively long time, since it is an unimagined action to be committed by an Army of a country which claims to protect the lives of its citizens and wounded soldiers and even their dead bodies.

In addition of its being a terrible and immoral action, it was not practiced even by the Soviets in Afghanistan which had given prisoners from the pilots, officers and soldiers.
 No one imagined that the Americans were less keen on their soldiers from the Soviets.

They are so much worse then that .. they kill their soldiers healthy or wounded so they will not fall as POW. 
Mujahideen have reported it to the international media and for several similar incidents but non have cared, for everyone is under military supervision of the U.S Army and no one dares to speak without the permission and according to information provided by the U.S military authorities.

This or the result will be prevention from practicing his profession, imprison or killed by mistake in a mishap accident.

   But it seems that the Mujahideen are still in dispute with media work and did not realize the seriousness of the image and its impact. And that camera with Jihady units is not less effective than a rocket launcher.

The media has become a real weapon in the battles and is no is longer a supplementary or luxury effort.
  In terms of the ability to influence rapidly and directly, the picture comes before the word spoken or written.

 Perhaps they will soon realize and fill this large gap in their Jihady work , combining the camera with the gun.

           They kill their besieged soldiers!!

The U.S bombing on its fallen aircrafts in the Mujahideen areas became a rule known to people.

The worse is the bombing of U.S military aircrafts on American and NATO soldiers who fall in siege.

This has happened repeatedly in many areas of the country where the infantry soldiers are active in raiding the villages and that what happened in Helmand, Kandahar and other places.

Military commander of Uruzigan province Rohel-Ameen, in his interview with the Alsomood magazine, issue number 39, revealed the fact of great importance in this regard.

We will review them briefly in order to clarify the idea.
  In fact what has happened in Helmand province, in kajaki of Mazdorki area is :

 The ISAF force between 60 to 70 soldiers has marched to a village in inspection mission and was supported by force of tanks and armored vehicles which stood outside the village while the soldiers advanced towards the houses. Suddenly they found themselves trapped in heavy cross fire which forced them to retreat to a kaleh (a big house surrounded by high clay walls).
Mujahideen have surrounded the kaleh and engaged with the soldiers. However the armored vehicles and tanks rather than interfere in the battle to save the infantry soldiers, they ran away leaving them to meet their fate.
The fire exchange have continued, soldiers ammunition was near to finish and the Mujahideen were about to take them as prisoners and gain their weapons.

Suddenly the jet air crafts arrived bombarding the Kaleh where soldiers shielded.
  After waves of bombing the Kaleh  became nothing but stones, none of the soldiers remained alive, only pieces of burnt flesh was left from them and weapons has turned into small pieces of metal.

 Americans concealed the whole story as if nothing has happened and when the Mojahideen have reported the incident to the international media who kept silent . The experience of the media with the United States is that: One silent journalist is better than a thousand dead ones.

   Early warning

In the peak of Bush’s administration madness, some American voices warned the consequences of the brutal treatment that is faced by the Muslim detainees in detention centers , secret and the public prisons that their government established in the awful framework of the (war against terrorism). They said that in the war on Muslim lands, it is obvious for some American soldiers to fall as POWs in the hands of Muslims and become subject to revenge and as sustained equivalent treatment.
For their safety, from the beginning no one should be left from the American soldiers or the European alliances to fall as prisoners in the hands of the Mujahideen, even if it is necessary to kill them and wipe their bodies away from the surface of the earth by heavy aircraft bombs.
The presences of prisoners in the hands of Muslims will put the American administration in pressure from their own citizens and will also cause them and their alliances a major domestic and international embarrassment.

They did not recognize the status of Muslim dittanies as prisoners of war (POW), but invented for them a new description which is (enemy combatants) to excuse themself from applying on them the international laws regarding the prisoners of war (POW), that gives them certain rights as a semi humans; and they can not take back their prisoners, as long as they consider the encounters as terrorist organization not a liberation movement or legal resistance against occupation which is permitted by religious sects and secular laws.

It is never possible for Mojahideen to torture their captives and the witness for this is the French citizen who was captured by the Mujahideen for some period of time and was released recently. He admitted that the he had been treated well, but the living conditions were difficult. And it is natural to note the difference between luxury French life and the hard life style of Afghans specially the Mujahideen.

With noticing that the French forces in Afghanistan and other ISAF forces kidnap, torture and kill civilians. Mujahideen until now did not adopt the same policy against the civilians coming from the countries who have forces in Afganistan or considered them as POW as the Americans and their alliances do with the Afghans.

They even did not rely on torture policy against the Red army despite of the immoral actions and tortures that was commited by the Soviets.

Many soviet soldiers, pilots and officers were captured as POW (at least one pilot have been captured in Jalalabad in 1983 and his copilot was killed).The Soviet prisoners faced a good treatment as far as Mujahideen can offer in the severe life condition they had. Even some Soviet POWs have embraced Islam due to the good treatment they faced from the Mujahideen.
Perhaps this is the last thing the U.S administration and European government’s wishes to see, that their POWs have returned from Afghanistan, releasing their Beards and dressed in turbans.

It is said that some American soldiers who were guarding Muslim prisoners in GuantinamoBay were touched by the forgiveness of the prisoners and their high sprit and devotees while practicing religious duties. From this they embraced Islam  

The problem of the U.S administration is that there is no aircraft to bombard their Guantinamo soldiers who became Muslims and claim their death as sacrifice for the duty and the nation as they do with their soldiers who get sieged in Afghanistan.

But the good fortune of this administration is that in the civil life in the United States, many people die due to unknown reasons or unfortunate events.
 The American Army was keen to kill their own soldiers and their alliance forces if their was a possibility of them falling as captives in the hands of Mojahideen.

So these POWs will not become an ace for bargaining that will enable the Mojahideen to negotiate from a strong position and impose their conditions, whether on the issue of prisoners exchange, making it comprehensive exchange that includes all the prisoners who were victims of brutal aggression against the Muslims which  Americans called "War on terror" ,  or in the issue of arrangements for U.S withdrawal and the return of Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan as it was before the American aggression.

It is important for the Emirate to give Mujahideen instructions to give more attention in the issue of gaining military prisoners (and even their bodies should be buried in secret locations until the negotiation is done on its issue just like the prisoners).

More importance should be given to the issue of gaining POWs, more than gaining weapons. That is if the combination between the two was not possible.
Emerged from an interview with Commander Rohel-Ameen, in Al-Somood magazine which was referred before, how the both counter sides (Taliban and the occupied forces) behave on the issues of war spoils and Prisoners.   The Mojahedeen focus on gaining weapons, ammunition and equipments, it is normal to see the enemy as the main supplier for their needs while capturing the enemy soldiers comes as a second priority.
In contrast, the enemy gives absolute priority in saving his soldiers from being captured, even if he had to sacrifice the equipments and weapons…. if he fails to do so, he will be forced to send military aircrafts to kill them and this will cost him more money, or else he will be forced to pay very high political prices in the future.

 
In short we will cite the incident which occurred in relatively near time.

In, "Sawa kaleh in Helmand province, a group from the occupied forces accompanied by a local troop and supported by 32 armored vehicles, tanks and trucks.

Their target was to attack 50 Mojahids. The mojahideen heard about the plan and prepared a defense counter plan.

The local citizens took the responsibility for the closure of three roads leading to the village to prevent the occupied forces from using it, while the Mujahideen took the mission to ambush the occupied forces from the out skirts of the village.

The plan was effective and caused a major impact on the attackers, who splat apart and fled towards the hills and mountains in the around area, and abandoned all their equipments. Only three trucks were able to escape and returned back, leaving 28 equipments between tanks and armored vehicles standing on the battlefield and four mortars with 300 rounds each were also left.

At this point, we get to the main results:

First, the mujahideen did not chase the soldiers fleeing in riot in order to kill or capture them. But instead they were busy with the locals gathering the left weapons and hiding it before the enemy returns to take it or bombaring it from the air.

Second, the enemy sent thirty helicopters and instead of attacking the Mujahideen and locals who are gathered in battle field around the war spoils, we see them heading towards the hills and mountains to collect the scattered and the injured soldiers.

Once again we say that the Mujahideen are in need of guidance from their political leaders to give the issue of gaining prisoners more importance then the gaining weapons and equipments.

  As we have stated, the prisoners are more useful in the long term, the enemy soldiers usually do not appear walking in ground, they are freeze inside a strong protected military bases which cannot be easily over run. 

For the weapons, Mujahideen can extract it any time they want, if not from soldiers in direct combat, it can be taken from military convoys which they usually destroy in the roads.
