أبو الوليد ـ مصطفى حامد ….. الجزء الثانى
من لياه فارال ـ أستراليا ( 9 ـ 10 ـ 2009)
هذا البريد سيتعامل مع ما تقوله المقالات الجديدة. وسيكون هناك إضافة ثالثة فى البريد تظهر النتائج المحتملة كما أراها تنشأ من تعامل "حامد" الجديد مع طالبان.
أولا، من الواضح الآن أن هذه المقالات وكتاباته لطالبان كانت تحت الإعداد لبعض الوقت.
فى مقدمه لأحدث كتبه والتى شملت التوجيه الذى أشرت إليه { تقصد التوجيه نحو إختطاف أسرى ـ المترجم}
قال "حامد" أنه يكتب لأن البندقية سقطت من يده صدفة وأنه لايستطيع إستعادتها. وهو هنا يشير إلى إحتجازه فى إيران. فكتب ذلك لأنه لايستطيع أن يحارب بالبندقية لذا سيحارب بدلا عنها بالقلم.
والذى أدهشنى فى ذلك الوقت أنه كتب أيضا أنه يكتب بسرعة لأنه يشعر أن الوقت أمامه محدود. وهو كتب أيضا أن الشمعة تعطى ضوءا أكثر عند النهاية. والذى أفترض أنه يشير إلى عمره وإعترافه بأنه لافرصة أخرى أمامه كى ينضم إلى المجاهدين قبل أن يلاقى خالقه.
ورغم أن قليلون إستفسروا عن صحة "حامد" عبر وسيطه بسبب هذه التعليقات. والردود كانت بأنه بصحة جيدة، لهذا ربما كانت تلك إلتفافة للإشارة إلى حربه الكتابية القادمة. وأى مقاطعات بسبب ـ حسب تخمينى ـ إحتجاز مشدد.. إلخ
على الرغم أنه قد يكون مريضا. مبدئيا أظن أنه كان مريضا عندما كتب كل ما سوف يأتى حالا، ولكن الآن بعد أن ظهرت كتاباته لطالبان إلى الضوء، أرى أن ذلك ما عناه بعباراته الدائرية. نموذج كتاباته كان عادة صريحا كان أيضا فى أوقات باطنى جدا. لذا أخذت ذلك فى الحسبان حين محاولة إستنتاج ما أقول.
الملاحظة التالية ـ هى أن مقالاته فى مجلة طالبان مشابهة جدا لجزء من الكتاب الأصلى الذى يحتوى على التوجيه. وهو ينسحب على بعض تلك المادة، وأظن أن كثير من المؤلفين يعملون ذلك.
أريد إيضاح بعض الأشياء. "حامد" يقول من خلال تلك المقالات ـ قبل المضى قدما لأى تحليلات بخصوص ما يعنيه ذلك كله وتأثيرات إرتباطاته الجديدة بطالبان ـ
أ ـ حملة إعلامية متجددة:
أول شيئ صدمنى كان توجيه "حامد" للمجاهدين من أجل تصعيد عملهم الإعلامى الذى قال بأنهم ما زالوا على خلاف معه، وأنهم لايدركون خطورة الصورة الإعلامية وتأثيرها. وإستدل بأن كاميرا واحدة تؤخذ مع مجموعة إلى المعركة لها نفس تأثير قاذف الصواريخ.
هنا هو يلاحظ شيئ، أنا وغيرى لاحظناه، حول بعض النواقص فى نوعية تصوير العمليات والأشرطة الأساسية، والتى ميزت أشرطة الإعلام مؤخرا. "القاعدة" بالتأكيد أسقطت الكرة على هذا. وإعتمد طالبان بأقصى شدة على التصريحات والتى لاتمتلك نفس التأثير مثل الفيديو. بظهور ذلك المقال فى نشرة رسمية لطالبان يدل على موافقة رسمية، فلن يفاجئنى رؤية هجوم إعلامى مجدد.
توجيه أكثر فيما يتعلق بالتوجيه الخاص بالإختطاف:
عندئذ بالطبع هناك توجيهه الجديد لطالبان بأخذ سجناء. ولاحظ أن أخذ سجناء سوف يضع ضغطا شعبيا على الإدارة الأمريكية ويسبب لهم ولحلفائهم إحراجا داخليا وخارجيا. فى كتابه نشر كتوجيه وتشجيع، وفى المقالات الأحدث إستخدم تعبير (حتى الآن) التى تدل على أن تلك الإستراتيجية أجيزت بواسطة المجاهدين وإن لم تكن قد إتبعت بشكل نشط .
هو يؤكد الحاجة من قادة طالبان إعطاء توجيهات للمجاهدين لبذل عناية أكبر لمسألة الحصول على أسرى أكثر من الغنائم الحربية والأسلحة ، التى يميلون عادة للتركيز عليها. وهو يكتب ثانية عن أخذ الجثث أيضا وهذا يعطى ميزة لصالح المجاهدين. وفى كتابه ذكر فاعلية تلك الإستراتيجية بواسطة حزب الله والمجموعات الأخرى مع الجنود الإسرائيليين. فى الحقيقة من هنا نجمت فكرته بعد أخذ جندى أمريكى فى أفغانستان فى شهر يوليو من هذا العام فألهمته بأن يوصى بتلك الإستراتيجية. هو يجادل بأن أخذ الجنود له منافع إستراتيجية ذات مدى أطول بالنسبة للمجاهدين أكثر من أخذ غنائم الحرب.
فى مقالته الثانية فى مجلة طالبان ركز "حامد" على تردد أوباما فيما يتعلق بسياسته الأفغانية وكم أن ذلك يسبب الفشل.
"حامد" يدعى أيضا بأن أوباما يرغب فى قتل الأفغان كما فعل سلفه. هو أيضا فى الواقع منتبه للتردد وبطء التغيير فى الإستراتيجية الأمريكية، "حامد" بوضوح يشعر بفرصة لطالبان فى ذلك. وكتب أنه عندما يرغم الأمريكيون على الإنسحاب فإت نتائج ذلك سيكون أفضل لأفغانستان عما كان عليه الحال بعد السوفييت. والسبب أن هناك منظمة واحدة وحركة متحدة/ هى طالبان/ ستأتى لإستلام الحكم.
