الإحتلال الأمريكى وكرزاى: جسر حيرتان ـ وعمود الإنارة … ولن يطول الإنتظار !!!

الإحتلال الأمريكى وكرزاى:
جسر حيرتان ـ وعمود الإنارة … ولن يطول الإنتظار !!!

حضرا إلى أفغانستان معا، وسيرحلان معا . هذا إذا لم يدفنا فيها معا.
إنهما التوأم الملتصق: الإحتلال الأمريكى، وخادمه كرزاى. كلاهما يود التخلص من الآخر ولا يستطيع. أو بمعنى أدق لا يجد لنفسه بديلا عن ذلك الملتصق الآخر. فلا مناص من أن يتحمل كل منهما أوزار صاحبه ويمضى بها، إلى أن تأتى النهاية.. فيسقطان معا أو يموتان معا. بمعنى أنهما إما أن يسقطا معا ميتين ، أو يموتا معا ساقطين.
لم يسبق لأى قوة إحتلال فى التاريخ أن سجلت كل هذا المقدار من الفشل الفادح فى مثل تلك الفترة الوجيزة.
لقد فشل الأمريكيون فى تحقيق نجاح عسكري يعادل ولو بمقدار ضئيل القدرات القتالية التى وظفوها هناك.
أو ذلك الإنفاق المالى الضخم على آلة عسكرية هى الأعقد والأحدث. فتسبب ذلك البذخ فى الإنفاق إلى تصدع فى بنيانهم المالى والإقتصادى. وبدلا من ترجمة التفوق التكنولوجى فى التسليح إلى نجاح وإنتصارات فى ميادين القتال تحول بفضل الله ثم المهارة الإستراتيجية والتكتيكية لقيادة الإمارة الإسلامية، تحول إلى عبء مالى يهدد البناء الإقتصادى لدولة الإحتلال بالإنهيار الشامل.
ربما لأجل التوفير والإقتصاد، وربما لإنغلاق سبل الإنتصار فى وجوههم ، قررت أمريكا/ الأعظم تكنولوجيا/ العودة إلى عصور الوحشية الأولى فاستخدمت الكلاب المفترسة لإرهاب الشعب الأفغانى الذى لم ترهبه طائرات أمريكا ولا صواريخها الموجهة.
كلاب تصاحب القوات الأمريكية فى حملات تفتيش ومداهمة واسعة النطاق، فتنهش لحوم الأحياء والأموات، الصغار والكبار . وتلك آخر صيحات إستراتيجية العاجز الفاشل "أوباما".
وهناك كلاب أخرى تجلس على قمة السلطة فى كابول. لاتقل دناءة ولا وحشية. تنهش المال العام ، وتعيث فسادا فى ثروات الشعب الفقير . كلاب تقدم خدماتها إلى المحتلين وتعرض نفسها على الشركات الدولية لعلها تجد لديها المزيد من المال الحرام.
على قمة الفساد هذه يجلس كرزاى مثل ذبابة ضخمة فوق كومة هائلة من أنتان الفساد. مجسدا بهيأته القميئة الفشل الأمريكى ليس فى أفغانستان فقط بل فى كل سياستها الدولية.
من الموضوعات النادرة التى تحقق حولها إجماع دولى هى كون النظام الحاكم فى كابول نظاما فاشلا. وأن كرزاى شخصيا هو من أفشل قادة الدول وأكثرهم فسادا. وذلك فى الحقيقة إدانة للأمريكيين أنفسهم ولفسادهم الأخلاقى.
فقد فرضوا على أفغانستان رئيسا على النمط الأمريكى. ولولا أنهم فاسدون إلى هذه الدرجة ما جاؤا برئيس على هذا القدر من الفساد. ومن أجل تنصيب تلك الدمية رئيسا مارس الأمريكيون شتى أنواع التزوير للخروج بكرزاى فائزا عبر جولة إنتخابات مزورة ثم جولة إنتخابات أخرى لم تتم أصلا. وعلى قدر ما كان ذلك المشهد المضحك المبكى خصما من الهيبة والمكانة الأمريكية، كان إضافة لقيمة ومكانة الإمارة الإسلامية التى تعهدت منذ البداية بإفشال المهزلة الإنتخابية وإظهار الصورة الأمريكية البشعة على حقيقتها، حقيقة القوة العظمى التى هى فى حالة الأفول والإنهيار. حتى أن الحليف الأوروبى القريب الأقرب يتنمر كى يثب ويرث.
فأوروبا التى راهنت على المنافس الإنتخابى لكرزاى ، كى تختطف أفغانستان من اليد الأمريكية المرتعشة. نراها تشجع أمريكا على الإستمرار فى حرب الفناء فى أفغانستان. فترسل أوروبا العشرات من الجنود وتطالب الأمريكيين بإرسال عشرات الألوف. ثم تحذر الأحمق الأمريكى من عواقب تركه أفغانستان بدعوى أن الإنسحاب سيكون أوخم عاقبة من دوام الحرب. جاء ذلك التحذير على لسان الثعلب البريطانى. بينما أوروبا بهدؤ تلملم شملها وتعين لنفسها رئيسا رمزيا سرعان ما سيكون حقيقة قوية. تماما كما بدأت بتعاون إقتصادى رمزى تحول فى غضون سنوات إلى عملاق إقتصادى ينافس السيد الأمريكى على الساحة الدولية.
وحزب المحافظين الذى يجهز نفسه لحكم بريطانيا بعد الإنتخابات القادمة يرى أن تدافع أوروبا عن نفسها على البر الأوروبى حتى تنطلق القوات البريطانية والفرنسية معا فى مغامرات دولية خارج أوروبا مثل أفغانستان على حد قولهم.
أوروبا تحلم بإستثمار قوتها العسكرية فى إنعاش الإقتصاد بسرقة ثروات الآخرين. فالقارة العجوز تريد إستعادة أيام شبابها الإستعمارى من جديد . وأعينهم أيضا على أفغانستان.
وبصوت خافت يتحدث الأوربيون عن جيش أوروبى يتيح لأوروبا أن تخوض غزواتها الإستعمارية الخاصة بعيدا عن السطوة العسكرية الأمريكية التى تحارب بمعزل عن المصالح الأوروبية، ومن أجل الشركات والبنوك الأمريكية قبل أى شئ آخر. وحرب أفغانستان خير دليل على ذلك. فمن هناك تحصل بريطانيا بالكاد على مجرد ثلاث مليارات دولار من الأفيون. فى مقابل ثمن باهظ هو تأجير تسعة آلاف من جنودها يقاتلون أخطر المعارك فى هلمند لمصلحة الأمريكيين الذين يحصلون على عائد من أفيون أفغانستان يناهز الترليون دولار بعد عملية تصنيع بسيطة تجرى داخل القواعد العسكرية. وهناك يتحول خام الأفيون إلى هيرويين ـ وأنواع أخرى ـ تنقل بالطائرات إلى أرجاء العالم.
وهذا يجعل الإحتلال الأمريكى ، من وجهة النظر الإقتصادية ، أكثر نفعا من الإنسحاب. فمن أين لهم بمورد إقتصادى مثل ذلك؟؟.
ألم يسمها أوباما حرب ضرورة ؟؟. فالرجل مضطر لأن يقاتل لأجل الحصول على ذلك الدخل الخرافى . ولولا الإنهيار النفسى الذى يعانى منه الجنود، ولولا أنانية كارتل المخدرات فى الولايات المتحدة، مع كمية الفساد الخرافية التى يبثها فى شرايين الإدارة والمجتمع ، ولولا أنانية البنوك التى يجرى فى شرايينها طوفان المليارات هذا، لكانت حرب أفغانستان نعمة لانظير لها على الدولة والإقتصاد الأمريكى.
ولكن عناصر الفساد تلك ، ومن قبلها المقاومة الباسلة للشعب الأفغانى، حولت كل تلك المزايا إلى وهم وإلى عوامل تآكل فى بنيان إمبرطورية العار. التى بدلا من أن تتهم عوامل فسادها الذاتية، نراها تتهم عميلها كرزاى فى كابول وتكيل له اللوم. وكل خطأ ذلك الرئيس الدمية أنه عمل فى غاية الإخلاص لخدمة كارتيلات النفط والمخدرات فى الولايات المتحدة. ولكنهم فى النهاية يعاملونه مثل الحذاء: فلا هم يستغنون عن خدماته .. ولا هم يقدمون له الإحترام اللازم.
وبدون إحترام قرر المحتل الأمريكى إبقاء ذلك الحذاء الرئاسى خمس سنوات أخرى فى قدمه. ولكن فات المحتلين أن القرار لم يعد فى يدهم. فالإمارة الإسلامية هى التى بمقدورها أن تقرر مصير الحذاء ومصير القدم التى تستخدمة.
فجسر حيرتان الذى فر عليه الجيش الأحمر، مازال موجودا فى إنتظار فرار الجيش الأمريكى.
وعمود الإنارة الذى شنق علية الطاغية نجيب، ما زال يقف شامخا فى إنتظار كرزاى عميل الإحتلال الأمريكى.
… ولن يطول الإنتظار .
