ورطة أوباما فى أفغانستان:
طـريق الهزيمة مفتوح
وأيضـا باب التـوبـة

تحول كرزاى إلى مشجب لتعليق كافة أوساخ الإحتلال فى رقبته الغليظة . فهو المتهم الأول بالفساد والمقصر الأول فى بذل مجهودات كافية لوقف الثورة الجهادية. والدول الحليفة تعلق فى رقبة ذلك الرئيس "المنتخب" كل مسببات الفشل، حتى تدفع عن نفسها فضيحة الهزيمة والإندحار بعد حرب ظالمة قادتهم فيها الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا من أجل أفيون لم ينالوا منه شيئا "على الأقل فى الظاهر" .
ورغم أن كرزاى وحكومته لم يختلسوا سوى 15 مليار دولار فقط هى قيمة المساعدات الخارجية طيلة السنوات الثمان الماضية . فإن جيوش الإحتلال، التى تقدم دماء جنودها أنهارا تسيل فى هلمند، حازوا مئات المليارات فى كل عام من أعوام الإحتلال .
فجنود الإحتلال لم يحضروا إلى أفغانستان من أجل تطويرها أوبنائها أو نشر أكذوبة الديموقراطية بين شعبها . لقد جاءوا تحديدا لأجل الأفيون والنفط ، وما سوى ذلك لا يعنيهم فى شئ سوى ما يتعلق بأساليب ترسيخ الإحتلال من إفساد للأخلاق ومحاربة للدين وتخريب للتعليم ، وتحويل المدارس إلى أوكار لتفريخ عملاء الإستعمار والمعجبين بأساليبه الهابطة .
لقد فشل البرنامج كله ، ودنت كثيرا ساعة الإنهيار الشامل . وليست تلك مسئولية كرزاى أو نظامه، فهؤلاء مجرد نتيجة لفعل أصلى هو الإحتلال وجيوشه . ولم يفعل هؤلاء سوى ما طلبه منهم سادتهم المستعمرين.
وإدانة كرزاى الآن أشبه بإدانة (بردعة) العملاء وليس (حمار) الإحتلال.
ولكن هؤلاء العملاء أهانوا أنفسهم فاستحقوا أن يهينهم الجميع، بما فى ذلك من عاونهم من محتلين أمدوهم قبلا بوسائل القوة لممارسة الفساد وفرضه بقوة السلاح على الناس والمجتمع .
وعلى حافة الفشل تريد واشنطن أن تحكم كابول بشكل مباشر عبر "مندوب سامى" كما كان الحال فى القرن التاسع عشر عندما كانت لندن وباريس تحكمان معظم عواصم العالم القديم .
ورغم ما قامت به الأمم المتحدة من العمل كستارة دولية لاخفاء طبيعة الإحتلال الأمريكى /الأوروبى، ولكن عندما توترت أعصاب المحتل الأمريكى يريد الآن أن يتخلص من تلك "الأمم" ومن باقى "الحلفاء" المحليين والأوربيين ، لينفرد بقرار واحد فى إدارة الساحة الأفغانية التى تهدد بإبتلاع جيوشه المكونه من حوالى عشر فرق عسكرية عدا الدعم الجوى .
ولا شك أن المحتل الأمريكى بدأ يشعر بتملص أقرب حلفائه من الورطة الأفغانية وتركه وحيدا يلاقى مصيرة هناك .
فالجميع تقريبا يتملص من إرسال قوات . وحتى العدد الزهيد الذى تبرعت به 25 دولة من دول حلف الاطلنطى التى وعدت بإرسال 7 الآف جندى فى مشاركات بدت متبرمة بتلك الحرب وبحماقة أمريكا فى إدارتها.
رغم أن وذلك العدد المتواضع لا يعوض عن عدد الجنود الذين أعلنت دولهم عن برنامج للإنسحاب فى العام القادم 2010 .
أى أنه فى ذلك العام سيتراجع عدد قوات التحالف ولن تزيد .
من أجل ذلك تعتزم بريطانيا عقد مؤتمر "دولى" حول أفغانستان، ليس من أجل الإعمار أو التنمية، ولكن من أجل إستمداد مزيد من الجنود للحرب فى ذلك البلد. ومن أجل تأمين منابع الأفيون فى هلمند ، وخطوط نقل الطاقة من آسيا الوسطى .
فى 28 من يناير القادم ينوى رئيس وزراء بريطانيا من خلال ذلك المؤتمر الطلب من دول التحالف ـ وكل من يرغب فى سفك الدماء ـ أن يرسل مزيدا من الجنود من أجل خدمة القضايا السامية للإحتلال الأمريكى /الأوربى لأفغانستان .
ولكن دول محورية أظهرت ترددا لافتا للنظر وعلى رأسهم فرنسا والمانيا واستراليا فحتى الآن لم يعلنوا عن إرسال قوات إضافية ـ وغاية ما فعلته استراليا مثلا أن تعهدت بإرسال المزيد من مدربى الشرطة وخبراء مدنيين متخصصين فى تقديم المساعدات .
فى ذلك العرض الكثير من المراوغة . ولكن المجاهدين يأخذون بالاحتياط دوما . فمن المنطقى إعتبار أى قوات ( تدريب ) أنها قوات معادية تجهز قوات مرتزقة من العملاء المحليين لقتل الشعب الأفغانى .
وبالمثل فإن تقديم مساعدات ( لإقناع ) الشعب بفوائد الإحتلال وشراء جواسيس مدنيين فى أرجاء البلد ، هو أيضا عمل عدوانى من الطراز الأول .
وهذا يقودنا إلى الحديث عن كوريا الجنوبية وموقفها الخائن من تعهدها من الإمارة الإسلامية . وكان مفهوما من شروط الإفراج عن البعثة التبشرية الكورية أن لا تعود كوريا إلى إرسال بعثات مشابهة ، لاتبشرية ولا مدنية ، هذا إذا لم تقم "سيؤول" بسحب قواتها من أفغانستان تماما.
وبدلا عن ذلك أعلنت كوريا عن إرسال بعثة مدنية جديدة وبرفقتها قوات لحمايتها.
من حق مجاهدى الإمارة أن يعتبروا ذلك خيانة لا تغتفر للإتفاق . وأنه فى المرة القادمة سيكون أى تواجد كورى جنوبى موضع إستهداف بدون سابق إنذار أو عفو. فقد أثبتت كوريا الجنوبية أنها/ وكما كانت دوما/ مجرد مستعمرة أمريكية مسلوبة الإرادة ، ترسل جنودها للقتال كجنود مستعمرات تحت لواء الجيش الأمريكى. كما كان يفعل جنود المستعمرات فى القرون الخالية.
إن أمريكا لن تكتفى بأن تسقط وحدها فى الهاوية الأفغانية، بل تريد أن تورط أكبر عدد ممكن من الحلفاء . ولو إستطاعت لورطت العالم كله حتى لو تعرض السلم العالمى للخطر. فالقادم لأمريكا هو سقوط لا نهوض بعده. وعلى أمريكا وحلفائها ومن تعاون معها من دول إسلامية (خاصة أخواننا الأتراك) أن يسحبوا جنودهم بأسرع ما يمكن لأن الإنهيار الأمريكى بات وشيكا . وهو أمرمؤكد بشهادة جميع الخبراء .
وشهد شاهد
معروف عن الصحفى "روبرت فيسك" أنه من كبار الصحفيين المشهود لهم بالحياد والجدية. وقد فاز بعدد من الجوائز الصحفية الكبرى. ومؤخرا أذاعت له هيئة الإذاعة البريطانية حديثا ملفتا للنظر حول الورطة الأمريكية فى أفغانستان، جاء فيه:
( تجربة الإتحاد السوفيتى فى أفغانستان وما شهده رأى العين من إصابات تعرض لها أفراد من الجيش السوفييتى على يد مقاتلين أفغان، يطرح تساؤلا: كيف يمكن تخيل أن يقذف بنا السيدان بوش وبلير فى نفس مقبرة الجيوش بعد ذلك بثلاثة عقود؟. أو أن رئيسا أسودا شابا سيفعل بالضبط ما فعله الروس فى تلك السنين الفائته؟).
وفى نهاية حديثه يقول "فيسك" :
( فى هذا اليوم التاريخى الذى يغوص فيه أوباما أكثر وأكثر فى أعماق الفوضى قد نتذكر التقهقر البريطانى من كابل وتدمير القوات عام 1834).
إن الصحفى البريطانى يحذر هنا من إبادة كاملة للقوات الأمريكية/ الأوروبية فى أفغانستان على غرار ما حدث عام 1834، حين أبيدت القوة البريطانية الغازية عن بكرة أبيها فى شرق كابل على طريق جلال آباد، ولم ينج منها سوى ضابط طبيب.
وفى أثناء حديثه أشار الصحفى إلى أنه قابل جنودا روس كانوا قد قاتلوا فى أفغانستان ، فوجد أنهم إما قد أدمنوا المخدرات أو يعانون من مرض (الضغط العصبى).
وذلك منتشر الآن بالفعل بين جنود الإحتلال فى أفغانستان، حيث إنتشرت بينهم حالات الإنتحار وحالات الإدمان على المخدرات التى جاؤا للقتال من أجل زراعتها والإستحواز عليها من حقول هلمند والولايات الجنوبية الخمس.
باب التوبة مفتوح
ومع كل ذلك فإن أبواب التوبة لم تغلق. فالرئيس أوباما يمكنه أن يبادر بالتراجع الآن قبل لأن ينبلج صبح ربيع أفغانستان.
فأوباما يدخل جنوده الأن خلسة تحت مظلة الشتاء البارد. تماما كما فعل إخونه السوفييت الذين دخلوا أفغانستان خلسة فى آخر أيام ديسمبر 1979.
ولكن شمس الربيع مقبلة حتما وستظهر الحقائق ساطعة تحت أشعتها وتحت وميض الضربات الصاعقة للمجاهدين.
مازال فى الوقت متسع لأن يتراجع أوباما ويعلن سحب قواته من أفغانستان قبل أن ينطبق علها موج كالجبال من المجاهدين البواسل.
لو تراجع أوباما وانسحب فورا ، فما من شك أن الإمارة الإسلامية سوف تستجيب له ، وقد لاتمانع فى قبول إعادة تأهيله دينيا من جديد فى جامعة عمر بقندهار.
